Privacy Policy

Effective August 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Coinner ("Coinner", "we", "us", or "our") handles personal data when you use coinner.co and the Coinner Platform.

Coinner is a non-custodial automation layer for supported perpetual decentralized exchanges. Your funds remain with the connected exchange account or wallet; Coinner processes account and trading information needed to run the automation you choose.

01Who We Are

Coinner operates the Platform and is the controller of personal data processed for the purposes described in this Policy. Privacy requests may be sent to support@coinner.co.

02Scope

This Policy applies to Coinner-controlled websites, applications, accounts, automated trading tools, leaderboards, competitions, notifications, support, and related services (the "Platform").

Coinner supports multiple third-party perpetual decentralized exchanges, currently including dYdX, Hyperliquid, Aster, and Arcus. The supported venues may change over time. This Policy does not govern an exchange, wallet provider, Telegram, TradingView, Google, or any other third party's independent processing.

03Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, we process:

Account and profile information

  • Email address, display name, account identifier, role, and authentication identifiers
  • Login, email-verification, password-reset, and security records
  • Multi-factor authentication status, encrypted authentication secrets, and hashed recovery codes where enabled

Exchange connection information

  • Connected exchange, network, wallet or account address, and account label
  • Trade-only API credentials, delegated agent-wallet keys, or approvals, stored encrypted at rest
  • Connection, referral, authorization, expiration, and revocation status
  • Account balances, positions, orders, fills, fees, funding, and other exchange account data processed and, where needed, stored or cached to provide the service

Bot and trading information

  • Bot names, strategies, markets, configuration, and runtime state
  • Orders, trades, profit and loss, volume, performance metrics, logs, and errors
  • Copy-trading leader addresses and TradingView webhook requests and payloads you configure or send
  • Competition eligibility, rankings, rewards, and disqualification records where applicable

Communications and notifications

  • Messages and metadata from communications with support
  • Notification preferences
  • Telegram username, chat identifier, and link status if you link Telegram

Technical, security, and usage information

  • IP address and browser or user-agent information in security and audit records
  • Security, audit, application, performance, and availability logs
  • Device, browser, operating-system, page paths, and usage events collected through Firebase Analytics only after you accept non-essential cookies
  • Essential browser storage used for authentication, security, and preferences

We receive information directly from you, automatically from your use of the Platform, from connected exchanges and wallet flows, from authentication and notification providers, and from public blockchain or exchange sources used for leaderboards and copy-trading features. Public wallet addresses and on-chain activity can remain publicly visible even if you delete your Coinner account.

04How We Use Information

  • Create, authenticate, secure, and support Coinner accounts
  • Connect to exchanges and execute user-configured bot instructions
  • Monitor balances, positions, orders, fills, and bot performance
  • Provide leaderboards, copy-trading tools, competitions, and rewards
  • Send service, security, bot, and trade notifications you request
  • Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and operational failures
  • Measure and improve Platform usage when optional analytics is accepted
  • Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect legal rights

06How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Connected exchanges: to authenticate connections, check referral status, read account data, and submit the orders or approvals you request
  • Infrastructure providers: to host the Platform and provide database and caching services that operate it
  • Google/Firebase: for authentication and, only when you consent, Firebase Analytics
  • Notification services: including Telegram when you choose to link and use that service
  • Public users: wallet addresses, rankings, trading statistics, and competition results displayed through public leaderboards or competition pages

We do not sell personal data or share it with third-party advertising networks. Coinner may receive referral commissions, builder-code fee shares, or similar compensation from connected exchanges. Referral status and related trading or fee data may be processed to operate and verify those programs; see the Terms of Service.

07Cookies and Browser Storage

Essential storage is required for authentication, security, consent records, and preferences. Firebase Analytics is optional and is enabled only after you select Allow cookies in the consent banner.

Your current non-essential cookie choice is: not set.

Resetting your choice makes the consent banner appear again. Declining prevents future analytics initialization, but it does not automatically remove cookies already written by third-party software before the choice was changed; you can remove those through your browser settings.

08Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. Trade-only API credentials and delegated agent private keys are stored encrypted at rest, and access is restricted to systems and personnel that need it to operate the Platform.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your Coinner login, wallet, API keys, devices, and any linked third-party account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

09Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform. After deletion or disconnection, we may retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, backup, and enforcement purposes.

Retention varies by record type and applicable law. Temporary connection payloads expire after a short operational period; transaction, security, audit, competition, and legal records may be kept longer. Aggregated or irreversibly anonymized information may be retained without a fixed period.

10International Transfers

Coinner, its service providers, and connected exchanges may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms or other appropriate safeguards. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

11Automated Processing

Coinner automatically executes strategies according to settings you choose and applies operational controls such as eligibility, risk, bot, and exchange limits. These processes can place or cancel orders and may pause or reject a bot action. They do not independently provide legal or financial advice. Contact support if you want a relevant automated outcome reviewed.

12Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to or a copy of your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Request deletion of personal data, subject to legal and operational retention requirements
  • Object to or request restriction of certain processing
  • Request portability where applicable
  • Withdraw consent at any time for processing based on consent
  • Complain to the competent data-protection authority in your jurisdiction

Submit a request to support@coinner.co. We may verify your identity before acting on a request. Rights are subject to applicable exceptions and do not require alteration or deletion of public blockchain records controlled by third parties.

13Children

The Platform is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data to Coinner.

14Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as the Platform, supported exchanges, or law changes. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required. Material changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date.
